Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the products are unopened and in their original condition.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
