Ingredients:
- 1 cup Hancock’s Salted Cocktail Nuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the Hancock Peanuts, mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Stir in the celery and onion.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Tips:
- For a more intense peanut flavor, use roasted peanuts that have been salted.
- If you don’t have apple cider vinegar, you can use white vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
- You can add other ingredients to the peanut salad, such as raisins, chopped apple, or chopped walnuts.
