We are proud to announce that every single one of the 252 special-edition cans of peanuts has officially sold out! Thanks to the enthusiastic support of Pirate Nation, this campaign has raised an incredible $2,520 for Team Boneyard, directly benefiting the student-athletes of East Carolina University (ECU).
This initiative wasn’t just about selling peanuts—it was about investing in a vision. Team Boneyard is dedicated to building a stronger future for ECU Athletics by empowering student-athletes through NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) opportunities. As a family-owned company rooted in North Carolina, Hancock Peanuts is honored to play a role in that mission. We know firsthand that success on and off the field starts with strong support systems, and Team Boneyard exemplifies what it means to uplift and inspire.
From day one, the energy behind this collaboration was electric. Pirate fans, alumni, and community members responded with overwhelming excitement. Every bite helped fund opportunities for these young men and women to grow as leaders, competitors, and representatives of ECU.
